This website describes a back-office service for residential property owners, currently onboarding founding clients; content is informational and may change.
Demo conversations, portfolio figures, and calculator outputs are illustrative examples, not guarantees of results.
Service engagements are governed by a written service agreement, which controls over anything on this site.
jam3.ai provides back-office and communication services at the direction of property owners; it is not a law firm, an accounting firm, or a licensed real estate broker, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice.

By providing your mobile number in a lease or service agreement, you consent to receive service-related text messages (maintenance coordination, scheduling, rent reminders, and service notifications) from the property back office.
Messaging is two-way. Message frequency varies with service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
